Amanda Gardner began her yoga journey over a decade ago, exploring asana and meditation in her own home. She has been a dancer her whole life exploring various styles that include jazz, ballet, and modern, and has taught hip-hop, cheer, ballet and ballroom dance for extended amount of time in which propelled her further into the yoga world. Inspired by more than just asana and flexibility she was transformed through the spiritual and mental aspects of yoga and was so inspired to share this type of change with the world. Incorporating styles of Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Pilates, and Barre. Amanda hopes to enrich the lives of others with her knowledge in hopes that each of her students become strong mentally and physically on and off the mat.
