Candi began doing yoga in the 1980’s to relieve the stress of her career as a computer consultant.  When she retired in 2009 she became certified as an instructor and has been teaching ever since.  She believes in the benefits of yoga for all ages, and all levels of health.  Her classes have a lot of warm ups to open the whole body, then go on to a slow standing flow with classic asanas.  She encourages her students to appreciate the strength in their bodies and enjoy the pleasure of movement.
