Gretchen finds joy and balance in her own Yoga practice and hopes to share that with her students. A compassionate and lighthearted teacher, her classes are fun, dynamic, and challenging, focusing on breath and alignment to maintain a safe environment, where she and her students can reach higher levels of self awareness. Gretchen’s Vinyasa flow classes incorporate techniques from different styles of Yoga, from her roots in Astanga to the principles of alignment from Anusara, taking students on a journey of meditation through movement, connecting with the breath, to relieve tension, build strength, balance, and flexibility of the body as well as the mind, to encourage an overall state of bliss.
All levels are welcome, & modifications are tailored for the individual to meet you wherever you are on your journey, from beginner to advanced. With over 10 years teaching experience Gretchen is a RYT with Yoga Alliance, certified by ACE – American Council on Exercise, as well as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist & Wellness Advocate for Doterra Essential Oils . Gretchen is also available for private sessions.
