Growing up, my mom was an avid aerobics instructor. From a young age, I was immersed into the fitness atmosphere and took my first yoga class in my teens. It wasn’t until after graduating college that I really fell in love with the practice. Following in my mom’s footsteps, I began my journey to become a yoga instructor. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Trilogy Sanctuary Yoga and studied under many wonderful teachers in this well-regarded program.I will always be a student of the practice and I am deeply grateful for the wisdom my teachers shared with me.
My yoga practice has helped me grow stronger, both mentally and physically, on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe in my classes as I enjoy crafting creative sequences full of playfulness and power. My classes combine a sweaty vinyasa flow with soothing restorative poses. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, strong, and fluid.
