Jonathan Richard, RYT 500, started his yoga journey in 2007. Drawn not only to the physical challenge and the fun that provided, but also to the sense of calm and the ease of meditation after practice, Jonathan dedicated to a daily practice in 2011. He completed his 200 hour training through Roots and Wings in 2013 and his 500 hour training through Vinyasa Arts in 2015. He enjoys creative flows guided by the breath, balancing strength, flexibility, and personal integrity; on and off the mat. Whether through a strong vinyasa flow or a gentle restorative practice, Jonathan wants every one of his students to feel better leaving their practice than when they walked in; feeling free and open, both empowered and relaxed.
