Natalie is a yoga teacher, rock climber, Spanish-speaker, and traveler. She began her yoga practice in 2010 upon discovering the grounding, clarity, and ease which yoga inspired, both on and off the mat and especially throughout challenging life transitions. She received her 200-hour training in 2016 at Yoga To The People in NYC and has been teaching yoga both in the U.S. and internationally, striving within her role to help students connect more deeply to their experience. Her classes are creatively sequenced to be strengthening and grounding and her teaching style offers a nurturing space to explore intuitive movement. She is grateful to use the practice of yoga to guide students in stepping more fully and presently towards the intentions of their practice so that it can optimally serve each student as they are.
