Starting November 30th

Before moving into a gentle floor warm up, the class will begin with a centering and grounding meditation. After the gentle warm up, we will add delicious Restorative Postures.

Restorative is a gentle way to release and relax muscles. Poses are held for longer durations with an emphasis on support and comfort. Relaxing breath techniques are added for total relaxation. Restorative yoga uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students in passive poses. This class blends supportive restorative postures, gentle yoga, and breath work. All levels. Beginners welcome.
