Machel (sounds like Ma-shel) has been practicing yoga for 12 years, including seven years of private meditation classes in Los Angeles. Also an inspirational author, Machel weaves in attention to self-care, breath and body awareness. After leaving her class, be ready to feel lighter and more in sync with your soul. Machel is a lover of the path of Jnana Yoga, the ‘Path of Knowledge.’ As a registered 500 hour teacher, she also shares insights from the eight limb path of yoga, the seven chakras, and the 196 Yoga Sutras. Machel’s goal as a teacher is creating a safe environment for students to explore self.
