Taylor practiced different aspects of yoga from an early age. In college, she began to dive deeper into yoga history + philosophy, as well as the physical + mental benefits of the practice. She has been instructing since 2015 and acquired teacher trainings from various colleges and yoga schools.

Some of her favorite styles of yoga to teach are: restorative, meditation, SUP, aerial, and breath-movement flows. With an emphasis on pranayama (breath-work) and mind-body connection, she likes to incorporate themes like compassion and gratitude in her classes.
