Yoga Nidra + Reiki

To wake our bodies up we will start with kundalini circles followed by half sun salutations and light stretching focusing on a different chakra every week. Then we will go into our Yoga Nidra meditation. Beginning your morning with Yoga Nidra will help you stay focused and productive all day. It is done in a corpse pose (Savasana). day. This meditation will help to cleanse, balance, and heal your chakras.
